Go creative and say “no” to lifeless walls in your office!

I thought that I have already experienced almost everything when it comes to different types of office space. I have worked in many offices. A few of them were installed in huge apartments. Sometimes it was just a typical open space. I worked also in a small, gloomy room that was used as an office. A few of them didn’t own a kitchen, some of them didn’t even have its own bathroom (this was a separate room on the staircase and shared with other office). However, I have worked also in highly poshy office, where every single thing was cautiously planned by famous architect. All of these offices were completely different.

Nevertheless, when I wonder about them, they all have one thing in common – walls.
And when I say “walls” I don’t obviously mean just physical walls. What I mean is the way how these walls were decorated. In every office walls were always plain. What’s more, walls were not just plain but often also white or in another boring color. I didn’t worry about that back then. I thought this just is supposed to look like that, that this is how it should be, that it is unthinkable to work in the place that has more colorful walls. Nevertheless, last Monday my friend has opened her own firm. It has a rather tiny office but my friend invited me and a few other people to see this office when it was finally ready. And can you guess what I have seen there? Awesome papers on the walls! When you think about office wallpaper you possibly also think about monotonous and boring colors. . But she used exactly opposite!

Each wall had beautiful, big pic on it. On the biggest wall, in the center of the office, there was a eiffel tower wallpaper. Next to this there were wallpapers with gorgeous sunlight, flowers and green grass. Because of that, employees could feel like they work on the lawn under the eiffel tower! Not long ago I made up a decision that if I woud ever start my own firm, I would buy office wallpaper with huge photos on it. There are lots of patterns. I became a big fan of that after seeing eiffel tower wallpaper, but there are plenty of various pictures and patterns to choose. You can even create your own!
